Terms of service
Last updated 28 October 2026. pubsleuth is operated by Advanced Micro Tools, India (“we”, “us”). Questions: [email protected].
These terms govern your use of pubsleuth.com and app.pubsleuth.com (the “service”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you agree for that company.
1. The service
pubsleuth provides research data about websites: which ones run AdSense, which ad networks and affiliate programs they use, how they connect to each other, and estimates of their traffic and revenue. The data comes from public sources described on our method page.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and use the service for business or professional research.
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it.
3. Plans, payment and taxes
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.
4. Fair use and limits
Each plan includes daily limits on rows viewed and exported, shown on the pricing page. You may not get around those limits, the paywall or our rate limits, for example by scripting the dashboard, using several accounts or sharing an account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service or its data to:
- resell, republish or give away the data in bulk, or build a competing database from it;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to site owners, or contact them in breach of anti-spam or privacy law;
- harass, threaten or try to identify private individuals behind a website;
- attack, overload or test the security of any website or of pubsleuth;
- break any law or anyone's rights.
6. Data, estimates and your use of them
The data is provided “as is”. Traffic and revenue figures are estimates from public signals, shown as ranges, and can be wrong by a wide margin. Listings reflect what we found when we last checked a site. Nothing in the service is financial, investment or legal advice; decisions you make with it are yours.
Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data you view or export for your own internal research. We own the service, its software and the compiled database.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. You can close your account at any time by emailing us. When an account closes, your right to use the service ends.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
