14-day money-back on your first payment

If pubsleuth isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

Renewals

• You can cancel at any time before a renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
• If a plan renewed when you meant to cancel, and you haven't used the service since the renewal, ask within 7 days and we'll refund that renewal in full.
• Outside these cases we don't refund part-used periods.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's address, or reply to your payment receipt. Refunds are paid by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
